“I discovered my talent for this sort of cooking through genuine necessity and the desire to misbehave,” said Mr Egg. “Having performed and toured as a stand up for almost 20 years, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. So about six years ago I just started playing around with the appliances after a show.
