Sous Chef - Immediate Start - Sous Chef - Modern Greek Restaurant

A great position for a Sous Chef or an experienced Junior Sous Chef who is looking to step up to become a Sous Chef and to work with an amazing team producing fresh food and learn from a two Michelin star chef.

As the Sous Chef you will oversee the sections, working with the senior chefs as well as training junior staff and deputising when the Head Chef is away.

The Sous Chef will be guaranteed 50 hours a week doing three straight shifts with a break and 2 single shifts with over time paid and weekends rotated off. In return the Sous Chef will receive £32,000 and will have Christmas & New Year off.
