We have an opportunity for a talented chef who already has good experience of working at fine dining level. This position would be the number 2 chef in our small brigade, and the successful candidate will be capable of taking responsibility for all aspects of the Kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef .
You would be joining a small brigade, dedicated to producing fine food, expertly presented, to low numbers of diners, and the emphasis is on quality. This would be a good opportunity for an experienced chef who has perhaps previously worked in a large brigade, where the opportunity to advance to a position of responsibility might present itself less often. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
