Sous Chef - Soho - £40,000 - New Opening - Sunday OFF
A spectacular 80 covers Restaurant in the heart of Soho will soon open and is looking for a Sous Chef that can lead the brigade. This is a great opportunity for the right Sous Chef to work with the Group Executive Chef and after 6/12 months step up and become Head Chef.
The restaurant will serve Mediterranean dishes with European influence.
As Sous Chef, you will have experience in European/Mediterranean Restaurant and be passionate about fresh food.
As Sous Chef, you will work around 48 hours a week with a kitchen brigade which love to improve and cook with fresh seasonal ingredients.
You will need to have a good understanding of Health and Safety regulation, Stock Control, GP monitoring and team development
Benefits as a Sous Chef
- Up to £40,000 depending on experience + Salary review once promoted to Head Chef
- 28 days holiday

- Working 7 shift per week on 5 days
- Sunday Closed + another day off
