Description

We require a talented, experienced Sous Chef for our busy sea view restaurant.

The Bandstand Restaurant has a reputation for good quality, freshly made dishes from locally sourced produce.

The restaurant has 50 covers, Lounge Bar 50 covers plus beer garden tables. Our menus include fine dining dishes and bar meals.

During summer evening service, we regularly cater for over 100 covers.

The kitchen brigade is five chefs.

We cater for local customers, hotel guests and tourist trade.

This is not a seasonal post.

The chef will work 5 days out of 7, full time shift work.

Good salary commensurate with experience and ability.

No accommodation.

Candidates must possess relevant qualifications and Environmental Health certification.

Candidates must be hard working, reliable and capable of deputizing for head chef.
