Classic French Restaurant looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support this amazing kitchen.

Using the best ingredients and everything made in house, the menus are overseen by a well acclaimed Michelin star Chef.

  • Exciting and varied menus -daily specials and seasonal changes
  • Great focus on fish, adapting the menu daily depending on what was delivered
  • Serving an average of 100 covers
  • 6 Chefs on brigade
  • Confident running a section and managing more junior members of staff
  • mix of singles and doubles
  • Closed on weekends!

Salary Package of up to £32,000 per year depending on experience.
