We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a modern British/French Pub and Restaurant in Epsom. You will be joining a family of establishments who will invest in your development as much as they are looking forward in the development of the business.

With an extensive Pub Classics Menu and a French A la Carte menu this is a great opportunity for someone who loves cooking both pub classics and French cuisine using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

You will;

  • Have a proven background in British gastro pubs using fresh and seasonal produce

You will be expected to;

  • Help improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen, working with the head chef
  • Train junior kitchen staff
  • Keep the kitchen within Food and Hygiene Regulations
