This amazing role has just opened up for a vibrant and creative Sous Chef who would take on some Head Chef responsibilities.
You will be creating Modern British cuisine with a Spanish Twist. All food is made 100% from scratch to Rosette standard inn keeping with is sister restaurant which claims 2 AA Rosettes.
You will be working in a fun, energetic and high volume kitchen, so a passionate and switched on personality would be ideal.
The Chef director has worked at some of the most famous spots in London, so you will be creating beautifully crafted, quality dishes.
Closed on Sunday evenings!
Ideally we are looking for someone who has been a sous chef for at least a year already
- 10 chefs in team
- 55 hours maximum-but seniors are expected to do overtime if needed
- Will help with menu creativity - this position can lead to a Head Chef position in the long run
- Company will be opening a 3rd restaurant in 2019 so chance of progression
