Sous Chef - London Bridge - £37,000 - Monday to Friday
A spectacular 60 covers Restaurant in the heart of Soho will soon open and is looking for a Sous Chef that can lead the brigade.
The restaurant is serving Mediterranean cuisine using just the best ingredients
As Sous Chef, you will have experience in Mediterranean Restaurant and be passionate about fresh food.
As Sous Chef, you will work around 48 hours a week with a kitchen brigade which love to improve and cook with fresh seasonal ingredients.
You will need to have a good understanding of Health and Safety regulation, Stock Control, GP monitoring and team development
Benefits as a Sous Chef
- Up to £37,000 depending on experience
- 28 days holiday
- Cook with fresh ingredients
- 48 hours contract
- Working 7 shift per week on 5 days
- Saturday and Sunday off
