A Sous Chef is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in Worcestershire near Redditch. My client is looking for a Sous Chef (Snr) and who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop.
The Head Chef does not allow chefs to work split shifts - so as a Sous Chef you will be working straight shifts. You will be working for an privately owned luxury hotel where the owners have invested millions already and are transforming the hotel into the most talked about hotel in the Midlands.
With this there is no Head Office to report to or set menus from Head Office - you and the Head Chef will have total scope into the menus.
With this they are offering a package of £27,500 - £29,500 plus tips. There is also live available for this role.
This role is located to areas such like Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth, Coventry, Evesham, Stratford upon Avon and even Birmingham.
