This is an absolutely charming Michelin 16th century recommended gastro pub and restaurant.
It really is in a stunning location offering views of the surrounding countryside. A huge beer garden welcomes guests in the summer and roaring log fires in the winter. Service is attentive but not obtrusive and it's got a superb reputation for being well, just a really nice venue.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to replace a leaving employee.
It's a small team of 3 + KP so every body counts in our kitchen and we all pull together to make it happen. The menu is a British with a gastro twist. Chefs here love the kitchen, it's a great space and we have fantastic views of the rolling hills from the kitchen windows and a great team keen to push on and progress. We are open to an on-going temp or permanent person and looking to pay up to £2k per annum
