Sous Chef Job - Wantage, Oxfordshire
Award winning restaurant in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside requires a talented Sous Chef to join their team whilst making a name for themselves.
You will need to be from a Michelin Star / 3 AA Rosette background and be able to demonstrate menu planning, create dishes and be able to manage and train the team, around you whilst dealing and assisting with the day to day running of the department.
You will need to be very focused on the dishes you send out ensuring that the same quality and care goes into each and every one and handle the pressure around you in a calm and professional manor.
This property is really pushing for more rosettes and the Star and is looking for the right candidate to help them do this.
In return they are offering a basic of £25,000 plus aprox a further £3K in tips.
