Sous Chef Full Time - Falcon Hotel Carmarthen - 3 star Hotel and Restaurant
From £17.500 per annum plus gratuities
A family owned business operating in the county town of Carmarthen for nearly 60 years.
This establishment prides itself on its high standard therefore we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic talented individual to join our team who will be able to express creativity with local fresh produce that only enhances the candidates reputation.
You will be expected to work alone and communicate with front of house, have good food rotation and labelling that complies with EHO food hygiene standards.
As this is a small kitchen you will be expected to take part in the cleaning rota setting an example to your assistants and maintaining our high standard of hygiene.
You will be required to work 5 days some split shifts including weekends.
Live in may be possible to a suitable candidate.
