Sous Chef job - Private Members Club - London
Our client an exclusive Private Members Club based in London (Pall Mall) is currently looking for a Sous Chef
The ideal Sous Chef will be working in a busy professional kitchen using British produce, cooking traditional British Food for the Clubs' discerning members.
4 day working week is the norm with 3 days off and the last orders is 9.30pm in the evening.
The Clubs cater for the members Dining Room, Room Service, several Bars and lots of private functions from 10 to 200 covers, all from one kitchen.
The ideal Sous Chef will probably be from a hotel and/ or Private Members Club background, looking to progress within a professional environment and looking for a better work life balance.
The Sous Chef will also be off every other weekend (One weekend off every 2) and the kitchen team is friendly and helpful
The ideal Sous Chef will be paid a basic salary of £35,000 per year and for a 40 hrs working week.
Interview and trial slots are available immediately and the Sous Chef will benefit:
