An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef on the Caribbean's Peter Island.
The resort consists of 3 restaurants on the island and 3 luxury villas. Meal service rotates between tall 3 restaurants with an average of 100 covers nightly.
Chef Howard has worked at Maze with Gordon Ramsey and the Fat Duck with Heston Blumenthal. Focus is on inventive Caribbean.
We are also now planting large Chefs gardens on island to develop island to table theme.
The successful candidate will live on the neighboring island of Tortola. All staff commute on our ferry daily to and from work (20 minute boat trip). Accommodation is not included in the package but we are offering a very competitive wage.
Applicants will need a work permit to work in the BVI, costs for this will be paid by the resort but requires applicants have a clean criminal record.
We are seeking candidates with minimum 5 years fine dining experience. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands.
