Sous Chef - Newly Opened Restaurant - London

We have a great opportunity for an experienced, passionate and hardworking Sous Chef, who will join our client?s operation based in Aldgate.

The restaurant opened in May 2015 and since received numerous acclaims for the quality of food.

There is an open kitchen and everything is produced from fresh!

The ideal Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen.

The Sous Chef must be passionate about cooking, have a great attitude and personality, and wants to grow with the company

  • Immediate start
  • Must be ambitious
  • Well organized with good technical ability.
  • Experience with Greek food and working with grilled meat would be obviously beneficial but not a requirement.

Grill Chef de Partie Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £25,000 per year, plus tips and service charge (total package £28/30K)
