 We are looking for an exceptional sous chef to work with a very small, but tight knit & friendly team in Richmond.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate classical, traditional craftsmanship, training and skills. You must be interested in all things rustic, traditionally made, but delivered to the highest levels of presentation.

Quality is essential. You must have a passion for purity and dishes that appeal to the senses: to taste, touch, smell and sight.

We are only interested in those Chefs who have a passion and experience working with the finest ingredients:
  • from nature
  • Home grown and foraged locally, over 70 different herbs and many old variety vegetables
  • from top quality sources, usually small scale, artisan, producers, with passion for purity, flavour, the old ways and the old varieties
  • the best from England and from Rungis market in France
  • seasonality implicit for flavour, ringing the changes, proper husbandry and respect for sustainability
Dishes are adjusted daily as the ingredients come in – even taking advantage of  flowers that blossom for only a few days
