We have a great opportunity for a passionate and hardworking Sous Chef

The ideal Sous Chef will join our client's new opening of a Restaurant / Gastro Pub operation based in Brick Lane near Liverpool Street

The Restaurant / Gastro Pub will be serving Seasonal British/European cuisine and everything from fresh ingredients and locally sourced in the UK

The Sous Chef will work for a company including 3 Gastro Pubs and Restaurants, with lots of opportunities for progression and also the ideal sous Chef will have an input with the menu design and trained on the financials when running a kitchen

My client will also consider a strong Senior Chef de Partie wanting to progress to his /her 1st Sous Chef role and receive a salary package of £31,000 per year

7 days operation, 5 working days and 7 shifts per week, with 20/40 covers for lunch and 30/50 covers for dinner and everything is prepared from fresh!

Sous Chef Benefits:

  • Salary package of £31,000 per year (basic salary of £25,000 plus guaranteed £6,000 service charge, plus performance related bonus)
