Sous Chef Job - French cuisine - Surbiton (Surrey)
Our client a fine dining restaurant and French bakery/patisserie in Surbiton is now looking for a Sous Chef
The ideal Sous Chef will only work with fresh and organic ingredients and be paid a basic salary up to £30,000 per year, plus a generous service charge and tips package.
The Sous Chef will be always off on Sunday and Monday and work 48 hours per week, the restaurant is closed from Xmas eve till the 5th of Jan!
7 shifts per week and might be able to provide temporary accommodation
The role is for an immediate start, and the restaurant is located only 45 minutes from Clapham Junction and in the Surbiton city centre (Surrey)
The ideal Sous Chef will have experience in a similar role and fine dining, 2AA rosettes kitchens, be able to lead a team, creative and motivated and work with a professional, passionate and inspiring Head Chef
