Sous Chef job - Charing Cross - £35,000 plus OTE - Closed on Sunday

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Sous Chef who loves their cooking and the vibe of a kitchen

The restaurant serves French Tapas cuisine to a high volume clientele, just opposite Charing Cross underground station, it's well established and has an excellent reputation to back up its claims to its popularity within London's 'foodies'.

The ideal Sous Chef will always have Sunday off plus 1 more day during the week, the restaurant is closed every Bank Holiday, paid a basic salary of up to £35,000 per year, plus bonus and service charge, 7 working shifts over 5 days

The role of Sous Chef is for an immediate start and will support the Head Chef to manage a kitchen team including 8-9 Chefs

The Sous Chef will be entitled to some fantastic benefits including:
