Sous Chef job - 5* Hotel - Green Park

Our client a 5* De Luxe Hotel based in Green Park is now looking for a Sous Chef for their Brasserie serving Mediterranean cuisine with British and French influence and everything is seasonal and with only the freshest ingredients

The ideal Sous Chef will be contracted for 40 hours per week - overtime paid - 2 days off - 7 shifts per week over 5 days and weekends included.

High volume and high quality Brasserie with a Brigade of 14 Chefs and the ideal Sous Chef will be paid a basic salary of £34,122 per year.

This is a 7 days operation and iinterview and trial slots are available immediately, and if in need the suitable Sous Chef can start at short notice
