Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Stamford Bridge, Tarvin, Chester
Salary: Up to to £28,000 + Tips where applicable + Benefits.

Working Hours: Up to 48 hours a week including evenings and weekends, flexible shifts, 2 consecutive rest days each week, no split shifts.

Your Role - Hydes Sous Chef’s
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Sous Chef, you will be the second in command and enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. Supporting your head chef to lead and mentor your brigade, you will also be passionate about their training and continued development.
You will also;
- maintain health and safety processes and a 5-star rating
- achieve GP targets for the site, as well as helping to manage stock and labour costs
