We have an amazing opportunity available for an experience Sous Chef looking for a new challenge working within a busy French Bistro based in Central/West London.
The restaurant offers fresh seasonal produce with menu changes on a regular basis. You would be working within a brigade of 6 chefs. They are serving French bistro style food in a very modern trendy setting inside the restaurant. The site is currently doing 100 - 180 covers on a lunch or dinner service and between 200 - 300 on a brunch service. You will need to have experience at Sous level, able to work a high volume service throughout the week and weekends, be confident in leading a team and a background in cooking French cuisine. Attitude is key and the right candidate should be motivated to learn more to really help grow and explore the menu.
Opening hours are Monday - Sunday and you will be working 7 shifts a week.

Our Minimum Requirements:
- Passport/Visa (Proof of ability to work in the UK)
- Up to date Level 2 or above Health and Hygiene Certificate.
- Chef Whites and Safety shoes
- At least 2 written or telephone referees/references
- Conversational, if not fluent English
- UK Bank Account and National Insurance Number
