Sous Chef - French Bistro - Hackney
Sous Chef - Immediate Start - Sous Chef - French Bistro
Sous Chef is needed for a French Bistro that were recognised by Michelin with a Bib Gourmand last year.
The ideal Sous Chef will be using the best quality seasonal produce to create interesting menus with a small team in their kitchen. The Sous chef would need high quality restaurant experience, motivation and enthusiasm is required. Opening hours are 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday 12 - 11, and Sunday 12 - 9 and in return the Sous Chef will receive a salary package £32,000.
The Sous Chef needs to be service focused, experience with fresh food, able to manage the team and run shifts when head chef is not there. Attention to detail and working to deadlines are equally important for this Sous Chef. Other parts of the role will include stock rotation and general kitchen duties.
