Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Must possess at least 3  year’s experience’s as a chef de partie within a fresh food/pub  environment
  • Will have been operating in your current role for at least 9months
  • Have a passion for, and knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Demonstrate prowess in their craft
  • Demonstrate instinctive leadership skills
  • Have a natural creative flair
  • Be flexible, professional and calm in their approach
  • Salary & Benefits26/27k plus 300 /400 tronc per month£28/30k package sous
