We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a modern European restaurant in the Euston area, with excellent transport links.
You will be joining a family of establishments who will invest in your development as much as they are looking forward in the development of the business - with great opportunities to progress as they have a new opening this year.
- Have a proven background in a busy modern restaurant/brasserie
- Have held a Sous Chef position for past 1 year
You will be expected to;
- Work 7 shifts per week - overtime paid or taken in lieu
- Help improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen, working with the Head Chef
- Train junior kitchen staff
- Assist in seasonal menus and create daily dishes
- Keep the kitchen within Food and Hygiene Regulations
