We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a modern European restaurant in the Farringdon area, with excellent transport links.

The Senior Sous Chef will be joining a family of establishments who will invest in your development as much as they are looking forward in the development of the business.

The Senior Sous Chef will have a great opportunity to progress as the company have several sites across London.

You will;

  • Have a proven background in a busy modern restaurant/brasserie
  • Have held a Sous Chef position for past 1 year

You will be expected to;

  • Work 7 shifts per week - overtime paid or taken in lieu
  • Help improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen, working with the Head Chef
  • Train junior kitchen staff
  • Assist in seasonal menus and create daily dishes
  • Keep the kitchen within Food and Hygiene Regulations
