Sous Chef - Elephant and Castel - Gastro pub - £31.000 - All fresh ingredients
I have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef!
As a Sous Chef you will join one of our fabulous Gastro Pub close to Elephant and Castel and a team of Chefs passionate about creating mouth-watering dishes using the best British seasonal local ingredients changing the menu daily.
As a Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef running the kitchen, prepare delicious dishes from scratch and a chance to stamp your mark in their daily menus.
Everything is made from fresh, thy also have a wood fired pizza which are made using the finest grade flour do make fresh dough and they have one of the most delicious Sunday Roast with 40-day-aged.
