We are very excited to be working with this multi-Rosette Michelin standard property. This is a stunning destination property laced with many awards. They are looking for a talented Sous Chef and, for the right candidate, potential to grow into the Headchef in the future. They are in search of a real team member who is ready to commit. In return, you will be respected, encouraged to develop your ideas and further your career.
You will be working within a small talented team directly with the Head Chef. You will work within a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The focus is on utilizing their garden, foraging locally, working with national and Local suppliers directly and treating products with the utmost respect. The food is naturally presented, with a focus on flavor and preparation.
