Sous Chef - Contract Catering - Monday to Friday
Sous Chef - Immediate start- Sous Chef - Weekends Off -- Sous Chef
A Sous Chef is needed for a fresh food contract catering site based in Holborn. The Sous Chef needs to be service-focused, experience with fresh food, able to manage the team and run shifts when the Head Chef is not there.
The Sous Chef will work 45 hours a week (7am - 5pm) Monday to Friday in a team of four. The Sous Chef will be based on a salary pay however overtime will be paid at an hourly rate. Any bank holidays the Sous Chef would have to work are either paid as double time or given a day in lieu.
Included in this the Sous Chef will receive 28 days holiday, nine paid days off over Christmas and New year. The Sous Chef can also make some extra money with their events which they'll be paid for hourly and service charge added to the salary.
The ideal Sous Chef will be able to run the kitchen when needed and after 3 months the Sous Chef will be eligible for salary review.
