Our client, Chameleon Bar and Dining, are recruiting for a Sous Chef for a new Tapas concept in a suburban style bar in Slyne, Lancaster.
The company that has operated through many changes in the hospitality industry over the last few years but has continued to keep ahead of the market. They currently operating four pubs in the Lancaster and Yorkshire area and pride themselves in offering good service, good locally sources food and excellent beers and wines including local cask ales.
As a Sous Chef, you will be covering for Head Chef in absence, prep and cooking of fresh food, H&S paperwork, training of staff, stock taking, ordering.
You will have basic hygiene level 2 minimum and must have worked with fresh food.
Salary £ 19,000 - 23,000 GBP/annual
