Brundle’s Bar & Restaurant are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef with the enthusiasm and drive to continually excel and develop those around them to achieve higher levels of quality and professional ability alongside our reputable head chef.
This North Devon beach side brasserie offers a full international spectrum of cuisines and products with exceptional standards in service and environment in the most spectacular position overlooking Woolacombe Bay.
Candidates must have extensive culinary and kitchen management experience, with emphasis on progressive training and development of junior chefs from scratch ingredients.
Demonstrate significant experience in compliance, health & safety, HACCP, food safety and hygiene management systems, alongside their daily culinary duties.
Comfortable in a high pressured and productive kitchen operation with the expectation of consistent professional challenges and standard increases working alongside fellow industry professionals.
Accommodation in a newly refurbished 3 bed apartment is available to applicants of this position. The apartment is 30 seconds walk from work, and 2 minutes walk from the beach.
