Sous Chef, Brouge Gastropub Twickenham. Live in accommodation available.
Competitive rate of pay plus cash tips, 28 days paid holidays plus bonuses.
Full time and permanent position.
Brouge Gastropub Twickenham is a family run pub restaurant serving fresh food in the restaurant, bar and garden in the summer.
We cater for functions with set menus or buffet, for weddings, rugby matches and a high number of regular customer base.
We are all about great food and service hence we're looking to hire a motivated and passionate candidate to join our experienced kitchen team.
As a Sous Chef you are required to have experience as either Senior Chef De Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar environment where you are used to working well in a team, serving a consistently high standard of food in a busy environment. We will equip you with all you need and develop your skills further with potential to move up the chef ranks. You are required to be confident in running a section and have a natural people management style.
Competitive pay plus tips plus bonus, 28 days paid holidays. 40-45 hours per week, some split shifts and some straight shifts with breaks. 2 days off a week. Overtime is paid if you wish to work overtime.
We provide uniforms and knifes and launder your uniform even if you're comfortable wearing your own.
We will feed you whilst you are working and you receive 50% staff discount when you dine with your family in our restaurant.
You will be joining a professional team.
