We are looking for an outstanding Senior Sous Chef to join our team.

About you

As an inspirational “hands on” leader of our kitchen team and with definite future Head Chef potential,working closely with the Head Chef and the Management Team in a high volume,fast paced, busy, buzzing, customer focused environment you will:

  • Support the Head Chef in promoting and infiltrating a positive culture of passion and pride within the team
  • Lead through example in delivering exceptional customer service and always working with our guests' memorable experience in mind
  • Assist Head Chef in leadership and management a high performing team, nurturing skills, building confidence,promoting enthusiasm and developing an exceptional knowledge about our food offerings
  • Participate in recruitment, training and development of the team, ensuring all have the skills and attitude to be the best they can be
  • Be proud of our fresh food products and make health and safety and food hygiene standards a priority
  • Confidently learn and perfect the creation of all our dishes, ensuring all food is cooked and presented correctly and always to the agreed company specification
  • Confidently manage orders, stocks,invoices and food profit, in line with sales
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial insight of the kitchen, with a sound understanding of issues concerning people,sales, marketing and profit
  • Encourage the highest standards across all areas (food, employee engagement, customer service, financial performance, health and safety)
