We are a pub restaurant based in the outskirts of Chelmsford, we serve fresh traditional British food, cooked on site and sourced from local suppliers. We are currently looking for an experienced chef to deputize in the head chefs absence and work as part of the team in our Gastropub going into what will be a busy Christmas period.

The Job role will include:

  • Ordering
  • Menu development
  • Stock Control
  • All areas of health and hygiene
  • Prep
  • and above all, Service

Successful candidates should have some form of volume trade experience other than banqueting/weddings.

Also, good communication skills and access to their own transport due to the rural nature of the site.
