We are a busy café kitchen bar in Cowbridge looking to recruit new chefs to cook in our open kitchen. We use our wood oven and cook a breakfast, lunch and supper menu that combines rustic and quality style food. We order daily and use quality seasonal ingredients to determine our small but diverse menu.
Can you put a magical touch to the plate? We love food and feel very passionate about our food style and ingredients. Lets be inventive and cook with wood.
We are looking for individuals who

We are happy to provide training sessions to align one with our food style.
You will need to have 2 years cooking experience. Be confident in delivering a consistent food service, food preparation, , presentation and stock control and rotation.
Own transport is required.
Positive attitude to life.
Responsibilities and Duties
This person will be required to run the kitchen with another chef. Deliver food on our services and also complete kitchen tasks required reference HCAPP and kitchen management. We have an open kitchen so this person needs to cope under pressure. You will also need to be available for varied shift patterns - week days, evenings and weekends dependant on what works with family commitments.
Qualifications and Skills
Two years experience minimum.
Understand food costs - we can train on this too.
