Sous Chef - 50 hours per week - £33K - Day hours

Meat focused restaurant in central London.

You will need:

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef at least
  • High-volume experience
  • Good organisation skills
  • Confident running a section and managing more junior members of staff
  • Good knowledge of different cuts of meat
  • Butchery skills are desirable but not essential

Salary Package of up to £33,000 per year - 50 hours over 5 days each week!
