A fusion of our 1AA Rosette Restaurant with our Events Catering business gives a unique opportunity for a driven chef to broaden their experience with a forward thinking and expanding family company.
Our Head Chef, Will Pottinger, creates menus inspired by the fresh, seasonal produce he has sourced from our local suppliers, and in Dumfries and Galloway that means the finest Scottish beef and lamb, wild venison and locally caught shellfish, salmon and trout.
Situated in Thornhill, we are looking for the right candidate to join our team. The position is available for immediate start, however we are happy to wait for the right candidate.
