Fantastic opportunity for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to be part of the much-anticipated Parker?s Tavern restaurant and to help shape it as the ?go to? destination in Cambridge.


Parker?s Tavern is a high end, quintessentially British restaurant & bar being opened by award winning chef Tristan Welch, with menus that will be fuss-free but delicious, beautifully presented and made with locally sourced, seasonal produce.

The Martin Brudnizki designed 140 cover restaurant also includes a bar, library and ballroom which can offer private dining & banqueting for upto 200 people.


If you are a talented Sous Chef with a track record of stability, this is a great opportunity to progress in a high quality operation that is offering a career, not just a job.

Working under Tristan?s stewardship will help develop your technical skills as well as your creativity.
