Parker?s Tavern is a high end, quintessentially British restaurant & bar run by award winning local chef- restaurateur Tristan Welch, within the iconic University Arms in the centre of Cambridge.

The restaurant is buzzing from morning ?til night but we value work-life balance which is why we offer straight shifts of 42.5 hours per week with two consecutive days off.

As an already experienced Senior Sous or Sous Chef, you will be ambitious to drive your career and create great quality British food. You will be keen to lead by example and have a strong emphasis on Health & Safety.

Working under Tristan?s stewardship will help develop your technical skills as well as your creativity.

You will be part of a brigade that is large enough for you to test yourself, but that will still feel like a tight-knit team. You will also be working in a stunning venue including brand new kitchens & equipment.
