This fantastic award winning Hotel in the heart of the Suffolk countryside is looking for a hard working, enthusiastic and talented Senior Pastry Chef to join their kitchen team.
This stunning Hotel is near the coastline and offers guests and customers the option to dine within their restaurant or bistro, as well as offering afternoon teas, private dining and functions with a variety of choice and outstanding food.
The venue is seeking a Senior Pastry Chef to help lead the team in producing indulgent ranges of delicate desserts, proper puds and other sweet creations for the whole hotel, from large-scale conferences and events to inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant and afternoon tea pastries both classic and contemporary. Previous experience in a similar high end role would be essential.
This is a great opportunity for any Senior Pastry Chef looking to progress and further their career in an award winning establishment with a fantastic team.
Requirements for this Senior Pastry Chef position:-
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certifications
- Good written and spoken English
- A flexible attitude
- Restaurant or Hotel Background
- Good Communication skills
- Good Team Player
- A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
