We are recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of cuisine within our 2 rosette restaurant, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for our guests. This is an hourly paid role working a 45 hour week (minimum) with any additional hours paid at normal rate.
The successful candidate will support in ensuring the kitchen team are inspired to achieve targets and assist in managing departmental manpower and operating costs in line with budgets. You will also be responsible for the advance preparation and delivery of menus on time in line with company brand standards.
Competencies of a Senior Chef de Partie:
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
