Senior Chef de Partie - Fresh, Seasonal, British Cuisine
We are searching for a passionate and talented Senior Chef de Partie who is keen to progress into a Junior Sous. All food is made in house using fresh, seasonal, and even foraged, produce. I am looking for a Chef with a true culinary passion who is eager to learn and develop.
* Must have substantial experience as a Chef de Partie - Rosette/Michelin experience is preferred.
* Must have a true understanding of food and running a section, adhering to all food safety regulations
* Must be organized, responsible, and reliable
The position offers:
* Working 5 days out of 7
* 45 - 50 hours per week
* Sunday evenings off
* Staff meals
* £27k salary
* Immediate start available.
