This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with seasonal all fresh produce creating traditional pub dishes with a modern twist.
If you are looking for a work life balance then this is the perfect position for you. Working between 30-35 hours a week in this relaxed environment whilst producing seasonal, fresh dishes.
Working in a team of 2 you will be required to working on all sections in the kitchen.
As Sous Chef you will be expected to maintain the high standards in the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off.
-Working approximately 35 hours a week.
-Shifts will include a mixture of straight and split shifts.
-Working within a team of 2 (no KPs)
-Accept both Payroll and chefs set up as Ltd.
