Pastry Sous Chef Job - Boutique Hotel - London - 40 hrs per week

A new role as a Pastry Sous Chef with excellent work conditions and for an immediate start has been created at this newly refurbished Boutique hotel in Marble Arch

The Pastry Sous Chef basic salary is between £35,000 per year, plus service charge and working 40 hours per week! overtime paid and 5 straight shifts per week

The ideal Pastry Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and manage the pastry division including the Pastry menu writing, sourcing of ingredients and training of junior pastry chefs
