Pastry Sous Chef - Events Caterers - London
One of London's most stylish and exclusive caterers is now looking for a Pastry Sous Chef
The basic salary is up to £30K per year and with overtime paid you could easily take home £35/40K per annum. Bonus and a pension scheme is also part of the financial package
The Pastry Sous Chef basic hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 16:30
There will also be 3 working evenings/events per week and this can be a marquee in Central London or cooking at someone's house and of course paid for each hour worked
The Pastry Sous Chef must have a good strong background from outside Caterers or Hotels.
The ideal Pastry Sous Chef will be involved with menu planning and tasting sessions. Working in a team of 3 full time and 4 ongoing temps, must have strong communications/leadership skills
