Pastry Junior Sous Chef , Michelin Star restaurantin the Heart of London, salary up to 33 K per annum

We are seeking a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our team at this highly regarded Michelin French fine dining restaurant.

This role is offering very fast progression opportunities, so if you are highly creative Pastry Junior Sous Chef, have a strong work ethic and a passion for your craft, a more senior role is on the table for the right candidate.

You will need to have previous experience as a Pastry Junior Sous in a Michelin restaurant to be successful for this role.

Big modern kitchen, plush restaurant décor and a fantastic view, this restaurant sits in one of London's prime locations.

This is a very friendly kitchen, with a hard-working, quality focused team and a calm atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have previous Hospitality and Catering Experience in Michelin Star Envioronment

You will be working alongside an incredible Head Chef who has a great passion for helping you to grow and develop. He is patient, kind and has an amazingly supportive team that loves working him.

You will be working 60-hour weeks catering for fine dining Modern French cuisine, serving Seasonally changing fresh menus in a brigade of 15 Chefs

This popular restaurant serves up to 300 + covers daily, so you will need to be focused, diligent and a strong team player.

Located in Central London and a 10-minute walk from the station, this restaurant is easily accessible.
