Pastry Head Chef job - 1 Michelin Restaurant - West London

Currently looking for a Pastry Head Chef who will be joining my client based in Kensington a leading London 1 Michelin restaurant

They are looking for a strong Pastry Head Chef and would also consider a strong Pastry Junior Sous or Pastry Sous Chef with Michelin or fine dining experience ready for the next step.

The salary for the ideal Pastry Head Chef is up to £40,000 per year and depending on experience negotiable.

The restaurant is closed 2 weeks in January and 2 weeks in the summer, and the team includes a Pastry Chef de Partie and a Pastry Commis / Baker

The restaurant has received several awards, and now working towards their 2nd Michelin star, everything is prepared from fresh and they have their own vegetable and herbs garden as well.

The Pastry Chef will receive a range of benefits such as:
