I have a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Chef to join the ranks of a Modern Gastro Pub in South West London with amazing transport links to most of London.
As an integral part of the brigade, the Pastry Chef will have a good understanding of all Health and safety legislation, experience in establishments producing fresh, seasonal food to a very high standard.
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for the development for the dessert menu for the a la carte menu and bar snacks menu, such as sausage roles and scotch eggs, with assistance and guidance from the head chef.
The Pastry Chef will have their own space to work and will be able to use knowledge they have gained from their experience to create their own menus.
As well as the opportunity to work with an amazing team, there is plenty of room for the Pastry Chef to move and progress within the company as there are a number of sites in London.
The right candidate will;
- Have worked using fresh seasonal ingredients
- Have a passion and a want to work within a kitchen that strives to provide the best 2 Rosette standard gastro pub cuisine
- Be able to work in working in Fish and Meat section although be confident in all sections
