Woodlands Park Hotel
We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef to run the pastry section within this outstanding Hotel.
Duties & responsibilities of a Pastry Chef:
As Pastry Chef you will have the creativity to produce some of the finest food using on the finest ingredients.
As well as the responsibility for your own section within the kitchen you will also assist with the training and development of the junior team, including health safety and hygiene.
You will be involved with menu creation and planning, taking into account seasonality and fresh local produce.
Competencies of a Pastry Chef:
Applicants must have exceptional culinary knowledge and chef skills with the ability to motivate and self organise.
You must have good communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
Skills and qualification requirements of a Pastry Chef:
Applicants must have previous experience of working as a Pastry Chef along with exceptional attention to detail.
